The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of audit quality and risk optimization on the growth and firm value of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). In terms of purpose, this study is applied, and regarding its methodology, it employs a descriptive-correlational approach based on panel data. The statistical population consists of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange; after applying research constraints, a sample of 106 companies was selected for the period from 2015 to 2024 (corresponding to 1394–1403 SH). Multivariate regression models and EViews 12 software were utilized for hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that audit quality has a significant positive impact on corporate value creation. Furthermore, audit quality enhances value creation by improving the allocation of current assets. Additionally, the results suggest that audit quality plays an effective role in elevating firm value by reducing financial leverage. Overall, the research findings demonstrate that by increasing transparency and the reliability of financial reports, reducing information asymmetry, improving resource management, and optimizing financing structures, audit quality facilitates greater corporate growth and value creation. Consequently, enhancing audit quality should be considered by managers, investors, and regulatory bodies as an effective strategy for improving corporate performance and increasing the efficiency of the Iranian capital market.
